The manufacture basses are in Qinzhou and Fangchenggang, the core port cities of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone. With more than 1,000,000 tons of annual manufacturing output, such main products as phosphoric acid, dicalcium phosphate, monoammonium phosphate and monopotassium phosphate, cover diversified fields and specifications including food, industry, agriculture, electronics and feed, which are applied to food additives, adhesives, electroplating, polish⁃ing, sugar production, compound fertilizer, feed and high-tech electronics manufacturing and other fields.

The manufacturing base of Mingli Chemicals is located in the Datian industrial park in the Shabu town, city of Qinzhou, Guangxi province, which possesses the annual production capacity of 300,000 tons of food-grade phosphoric acid, 50,000 tons of lcd-grade electronic phosphoric acid, and 100,000 tons of phosphate products. The production base of Fangcheng port, Guangxi Lida Phosphorous Chemicals co, ltd is located in the Gongche industrial park in the Port district of Fangchenggang city, Guangxi province with an annual production capacity of 300,000 tons food-grade phosphoric acid, 100,000 tons of mono potassium phosphate and so on.
